"There’s nothing unique a lot of the same buildings very bland. They keep making the same 3 story apartments without any character to them. Most of the mom and pop shoes are closing and now it doesn’t feel neighborly. Been living here for 20 years and I hope to see Anaheim be something different."
  • Fajardom
"I moved to the area almost 3 years ago and like it. Quiet neighborhood and and a bit closer to family"
  • Elias Alvarado
"Majority of people pick up after ther dogs. Like most neighborhoods you have those rare ppl who don’t"
  • Elias Alvarado
"I lived in this neighborhood for 5yrs and it’s safe. There has been a bit of car damage. Scratches to my car and fighting over parking. Other than that it’s been a great neighborhood "
  • Valerie Frank
"I’m retired and no longer commute to to work. This area is centrally located by many restaurants, shops, activities and entertainment. "
  • Trulia User

  • Trulia User
"people are always walking their dogs. they also seem pretty good about cleaning up after themselves "
  • Trulia User
"Neighbors are friendly and the kids are allowed to play in the street! Cars don’t speed in here because they know that kids are out and playing!! Halloween is great, and all Holidays are celebrated!!"
  • Trulia User
"There are a lot of dog walkers around here. There’s also a park across the street where you can walk your dogs there as well. "
  • Trulia User
"I work in Santa Ana which is about 12 miles from where I live. Traffic is not too bad but I do go to and leave work earlier than most (6:30AM and 4:00PM). All in all my commute is ok and not a problem at all. "
  • Trulia User
"no buss to commute hard to get on with out a bus pass and buss are sometimes racist. so basically I walk "
  • Trulia User
"Decent commute on the 55 but local is generally pretty good. La Palma is a great long street to use instead of the 91. "
  • Trulia User
"The variety of dog parks in the area. So many public areas to take your dog for a nice walk or on bike paths. "
  • Trulia User
"Decent traffic and a lot of roads and freeways nearby, including a tollway. La Palma is used instead of the 91 fwy during traffic hours. "
  • Trulia User
"Area is full of homeless roaming around all day and jay walking. Dog poop everywhere. Schools are overcrowded. Streets are constantly having work being done and traffic is backed up. Neighborhood is full of trash. No parking available on the street ever. "
  • Trulia User
"Area definitely has great parks and the schools are awesome as well. Lots to do in the area and the beach and mountains aren’t too far (30 and 60 minute drive). Homelessness is unfortunately increasing "
  • Stevi.apel
"There’s a dog park and lots of dog owners. There are dog waste stations. The property managers make it very dog-friendly. "
  • Eric S.
"great neighborhood that is diverse and family friendly. I have live here over 20 years and have only seen improvements "
  • Kim.robertson12.kr
"We live is older neighborhood. Not many children they are all grown a couple younger owners. Owned and lived here 20 yrs some people since 1962 "
  • Lisbeth Q.
"My neighbors hood is a great community to start a life . We have liquor , reliable auto shop , restaurants, schools, the freeways and the riverbed. Beautiful but sometimes if the streets are not taken care by our local police station, we have homeless that come and break into peoples cars, a lot of trucks passing by night and day. Small defects get good rental insurance. Love this area can’t complain much ."
  • Robert M.
"July 4th is out of control here. My neighbors light off so many of fireworks! We also have many homes decorated for Christmas. "
  • lydia r
"It's good for work and for shopping, but not very good for living or dining. The recycling plant nearby makes it smell like garbage, especially when it is a hot day. "
  • Penney H.
"Personally I think the kids in the neighborhood are sweet children they play often with each other and I park in the only negative thing I would have to say is when they become Middle school age 6/7 and eighth grade I find there is a large infestation I am pressure for drugs"
  • sid
