4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt is hard to give a good review of a school that tells a parent, directly face-to-face, that they cannot guarantee the safety of their child while in their custody. Which results in the child being hit on physically ( slapped, punched, and shoved into walls.) and bullied daily and the Principal, Counselor, and School Resource Officer refuses to acknowledge it stating that that’s just the way kids play. If a child does not want touched a child should not be touched in any way shape or form! This has happened multiple times pretty much every day so far this school year.Other Review10mo ago7 Reviews - Lincoln Elementary School

"Depending what part of Norman you live on, the neighborhoods can be really sketchy. Other than that, Norman is a nice place to live "

"We recently moved into the neighborhood and so far, have found it fo be very quiet and peaceful. We noticed we don't hear alot of barking dogs either, which is a huge difference from our last place."

"There are a few dog parks. However, small dogs cannot really be contained by the fencing. There are large gaps that allow yhem to slip out. Most of the owners are conscientious and they keep their dogs leashed. Our dogs have not encountered any aggressive dogs here. "

"Norman has public transportation that operates on a set schedule with many convenient stops throughout town. The only problem is if you live in an outlying area, like I do, where the nearest pick up location is about 3 miles away. I commute to OKC everyday, takes about 25 minutes in morning traffic."
