Rent includes Cable TV, Cooking gas, water, pool, Security, Doorman, storage locker and exercise facilities. Dogs/Cats are okay, but one time, non refundable pet fee is required (Dogs $500, Cats $300).

Tenants are required to provide proof of their insurance but the property management company is also offering the possibility of joining the Master policy for $11.95 per month (PER UNIT, not per tenant).

It is very accessible to other place in the city and to the surrounding suburbs. There are also bud routes that are feet away and easily accessible to residents in the area. "

    "It's not a neighborhood to relax. It's very loud especially at night, even though my building has a good insulation. I wish my neighbors were not just college kids. Trains nearby are extremely loud. If you're staying at home daytime - it's just loud and crowded from all the people coming down here. But you're close to the theaters, if that's the trade off you want to make."
