HOA takes care of the front yard, very low maintenance. $75/ adult collected after all is submitted including an email stating what is going to be found good/bad on credit/criminal, pictures and descriptions of any pets, proof of income for 30 days - once all matches and landlord has selected your monies will be collected at that time. No admin fees, no extra % added.

Owner prefers long term tenant and no pets, yet they will consider a small pet for long term lease.

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better. They no longer trim palm trees, & the water has been off since yesterday-no notice given, no way to reach anyone, office closed on weekends.Tried calling office number, it's out of order! Mgmt is rubbish, no way to contact anyone to address or improve anything. If you value your sanity, don't move here."
