This school was great over all their IEP program is excellent. This school is amazing over all it's just the people that work in the district office that are trash. The people that work in the DHMS main office are so nice, friendly, and helpful same as the counselors! Most teachers are great, some are alright but overall great teachers.

I am a parent of a kindergartener at McKinley Elementary, and I can truly say this is one of the best schools I have ever experienced. My older son has attended different schools, both private and charter, and McKinley stands out as the most organized, welcoming, and supportive.The staff are always warm and smiling, the teachers are caring and attentive, and the atmosphere is positive in every way. My daughter Monica is so happy here — she enjoys her school days, the lessons, and even the healthy lunches. From the very beginning, the teachers have encouraged learning and responsibility, giving thoughtful homework and guidance.If I had to choose again, I would absolutely choose McKinley Elementary without hesitation.
