    "Close to shopping and services. My neighborhood is nice. However, development has been out of control lately. Local government in Florida doesn’t seem to have much control over vocal development. The state seems to be in control, and environment, traffic, safety seem to not be important here. This area used to be more quaint, with chickens downtown and a small town field. It is rapidly losing that character, unfortunately."
