"Lots of traffic with idiot drivers all over the place driving like we’re playing bumper cars. Oh, and because of all the uninsured foreigners driving here plus sandstorms, your insurance will jump up just for moving here."

"It’s architecture is more Spanish with a touch of Mediterranean build. All the houses are older some renovated."

"The commute is fine but services are appalling. I moved to El Paso and I had to hire three different companies just to finish an irrigation job. I will be moving away as soon as I can. "

"Family friendly neighborhood, Summerlin park is nearby for kids to enjoy. I usually run in the mornings with my dog and for the most part it’s really good area to run alone at night. One downside is probably the stray dogs. "

"Quiet, private neighborhood. Neighbors are nice but keep to themselves which is a plus. Beautiful nearby parks, close to everything. Only downside is the traffic on Artcraft sometimes. But otherwise, we love this neighborhood!"

"Commute is fairly easy to Biggs AAF. There are many schools in the area, more than 1 every square mile I’d say, so sometimes that impacts morning commutes during those times. Great for families that need to take their children to school, however. "

"It’s convenient for access to all the major streets and highways and neighborhoods around town. The streets are good but the city thinks it’s a good idea to do repairs all at the same time all over the city."
