    "There are a lot of dogs. They are all on leashes and most are well behaved. Some are in fenced in yards and they can bark a lot during the day or when a leaf blows into their yard. "

    "It’s a safe area but traveling between homes is a challenge for bikes unless you are literally within a block or so. There are many hills and no sidewalks. I felt like my kids needed to be driven everywhere even though all their friends lived within the three mile bubble. "
