"The area is very dog friendly, but many dog owners do not respect the leash laws and many dog owners are not courteous of other dog’s space."

"Many homes have dogs but there are some complaints about barking issues. My dogs bark whenever they see someone approach our home or our neighbors’ and I notice the same reaction from other dogs. Otherwise, it’s a quiet area. We live at the end of a court so there is little traffic and the street is safe for children to play."

"the Reserve at Hawks Ridge is affordable, beautiful, well taken care of, nice neighborhood. 1 pool and 2 gyms, on site management, ample parking (permit only) plus street parking. partially gated community, updated units including washer and dryer in every unit."
