Capitals lot, home, and landscape Package offers a simple streamline build process in Savannah Lakes Village.
Select your lot from Capitals inventory lots, select your floor plan from one of the four furnished model homes and choose your upgrades. Sign a contract to build the selected home on the selected lot with the options chosen and Capital will deliver the home in 6 to 8 months. At contract signing you will owe a $15,000 deposit plus the cost of upgrades. Capital will handle the construction financing and then sell you the home at the end of the project just like any other real estate transaction.
Prior to construction you will meet with a professional designer in the Savannah Lakes design center to make your selections then walk the lot with a builder representative to review the house location and tree removal plan.
