"Lived here all my life. The crime is getting out of hand. This is only my opinion. It’s some very beautiful thing about plant city! Also some good places to live! We do need more food choices. More retail shopping. "
  • Rjstasiak
"I see people walking their dogs all the time and everyone is super friendly. Everyone is respectful of their neighbors and pick-up their dog's droppings."

  • Rachel
"Located near I-4, Hwy 60, and Hwy 98. Easy access to Tampa, Lakeland, and Brandon. Only 45 minutes from Beaches. "
  • Litagarcia575
"i live on a street there is nothing unique about living on a street but we have a stalker that lives across from us and there is a lot of traffic and its annoying"
  • Amanda D.
"I drive about an hour and a half to and from my job in downtown Tampa. Traffic is getting worse on the commute but not bad in Plant City."
  • Mrsc
"Everyone is polite and kind. We walk our dog daily and see many other dogs from our neighborhood. We enjoy our walks and the lakes are beautiful "

  • Kaylaphillips1214
"It's a very pet friendly neighborhood. There are plenty of places to go out and be active with your pet"
  • Melissa
"There are some families here but they keep to them self. Every one goes to other part of town to trick or treat . There are no parks in this area"
  • Mary A. J.
"Most dog owners have fenced yards. Don’t see many neighbors walking dogs. There are a lot of dogs in the area. Close dog parks"
  • Kathlyn
"Plant City has a lot of awesome trails, parks, and opportunities for community involvement/engagement! "
  • Keshia D.
"Kind of hectic at times due to traffic but not compared to a bigger city. Therefore it’s definitely a great place to live."
  • Ashfry1991
"The schools here are not rated very good in Plant City, except for just a few. My kids go to Walden Lake Elem, and that school is amazing but the others are not. There is a few free parks that are okay, but we just pay the $2/car and go to Ed Medard Park. The fresh food all year long is amazing, there is always fruit stands or fresh seafood vendors on the roads but my favorite is the produce stand on Branch Forbes Road. "
  • Hoodie1965
"There’s a city park in the heart of my neighborhood, so there is always kids & pets in the park. PLANT CITY police are great about monitoring the area"
  • Tampapd64
"It’s still pretty family oriented I’m Plant City. For the most part there are still a ton of decent, good, moral people. "
  • Alex R.
"Strawberry festival and Christmas parade and car shows and motorbikes show and also best taco stands."
  • Hobie
"I have lived here 11 years, Plant City is not as fast paced as Tampa or St Pete. It really is a great neighborhood."
  • Melissa T.
"Plant city is close to everything. Literally 15-20 minutes from major cities and malls. Lots of local theme parks to visit as well. "
  • Brandon F.
"Lots of people let their dogs wander around, not many people walk their dogs on leashes and there aren’t many places to walk your dog. There’s a small lake with a walking trail around it nearby with free dog poop bags. "
  • Heather S.
"Located close to everything from shopping to work, but still nice and quiet! Would not want to raise my family anywhere else. Nice schools, small class sizes!"
  • Danyel P.
"love it here. its a perfect place to live, raise a family, and remain relaxed. close to everything I need. easy access to the interstate "
  • JJ
"This place is horrible. If you speak english you might not be able to communicate with neighbors. High crime area. Not safe after dark. Lots of pit bulls and chihauhua barking or running loose. Lots of teens and gangs after dark."
  • J. Sean
"We enjoy many get togethers with our neighbors. Everyone is so kind and friendly and always waves to one an other. It is not in common for a neighbor to invite you over for a dinner party, game night or BBQ."
  • Lucie Mays
"Bedbug infested, drugs, drug dealers, unattended children, dog faces and faces smell continuously, brown water, office staff constantly changing, drug addict across the street always nodding out on her carport and when I complained to office staff I was told it was none of my business. My grandchildren had to see that daily. Best thing we ever did was get out of that neighbor"HOOD"."
  • Aprilpm5
