"The schools aren’t the best at getting kids ready for college. We had to switch schools in high school so that they would be better prepared. "

"The schools aren’t the best. Elementary school was okay but we had to move our kids out of town for high school so that they would be ready for college. "

"I have lived her for 7 years and love it. Neighbors are friendly, schools are closer, bus stops in front of house, sidewalks"

"We have a few events that everyone loves to go to. Sports are popular here, and school sports are huge events! The Christmas parade always had a great turnout. My daughters play for the softball team. "

"Pleasant view is a great place to raise a family, and there are plenty of little places to visit. Just ask us locals! "

"Modest traffic, close to the interstate. Located between Nashville and Clarksville. You can take I 24 or 41 A."
  • Sena4boys
"Cheapest home in the most prestigious neighborhood in Pleasant View, TN. PVES is a great school. Sidewalks are great for walking pets and kids."

"Family get-togethers are especially nice, whether winter or summer, because of the pool and all the wonderful views, and areas to entertain. You can grill out on the pool deck, or just off the deck, while the kids play basketball! Gardener's paradise! We've done all the work, now you reap the harvest! Make this dream a reality for you and your family! Beautiful, quaint, hometown feel...in a gorgeously manicured neighborhood...people wave as they ride by...kids all know each other, and everyone helps their neighbor. There have been block parties, benefits, and July 4th is awesome just sitting in your yard!! Best neighborhood in Pleasant View!"

"We moved here from the midwest three years ago. We love Tennessee. It's beautiful and the people we've met have been very nice and welcoming. There is one major issue for us. The litter in this area is horrible. All you need do is drive down Pleasant View Rd to Old Clarksville Pike, turn left onto Hwy 49 and drive back into town. It's like driving through a dump. More than once we've had out of town guests comment on what a shame it is that apparently the residents don't care about the community they live in. Frankly we're baffled on why this is since there seems to be a lot of community involvement and pride. I spoke with an elected official and asked why nothing is done. I was told it often comes up at town meetings but no one does anything. It's really a shame. I personally walk my neighborhood every two weeks and pick up garbage and empty beer cans. The community really needs to get together and work on this."
