    "There are not sidewalks in our neighborhood. It is a gated community but without sidewalks it is difficult for children to go outside and play anywhere but in their backyards. There are no pubic pools here for the children to swim and there are no playgrounds nearby. "

    "Horrible commute anywhere. 2 miles takes 20 minutes during peak travel times. The lights are poorly timed so you often get stopped up. The communities often only have one entrance and exit that get backed up as well. Very little side roads"

In addition there is a lot of walking trails that allows for relaxing walks and pets enjoyment to the very best. Overall a great environment and absolutely well worthwhile HOA fees of only 129 dollars monthly. Finally, no CDD and reasonable tax rate for the many services rendered. "
