6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBrambleton Middle School is a story of own. Now it is a pretty small school, that has to manage more students than it’s capable of, therefore I will give them that. But my overall experience can leave me in tears.First of all, some of the teachers are way under qualified. I won’t call any names, but a few teachers don’t even teach the material properly, and expect us to excel with our academic career. Some teachers even get into subtle arguments with students. I was attending a class where a teacher decided to lock the door after a student left the room, claiming the student is at fault for using the restroom, without an electronic pass. I get that it’s a rule, but boundaries have to be set.Next, the school tries its best to prevent bullying, but most of the time it’s the victim to take all the blame. Usually because in most bullying scenarios within the school, the bully has a team of friends, who can support the bully. Loudoun county has equipped you high end security systems, so why isn’t child safety taken for granted?Third of all, the resource teachers hired to inactively supervise us for an hour and a half, are the most one-sided people I’ve ever met. They don’t cooperate with students whatsoever. You get sent to the Dean if you’re standing when not supposed to. My experience with the resource teachers have been the worst yet.The school isn’t technically inclined in any way whatsoever. When they make it so the internet prevents students from playing online games, students can just use personal data. When recordings or photographs of a student without their consent have been taken, they are meant to be deleted. However they act like they don’t know that students can send them to other students before the initial deletion. The school must improve tech-wise.Now with medical support and tech-repair support, it goes by fast, so I won’t make it a huge factor. But the nurse and tech people have met the staff expectations, which I’m relieved to say is the best part about the school, even though it’s less than 5 people. The counselors and administration (excluding the deans) have also met the basic requirements to satisfy student needs. If you are a parent or guardian who is thinking of sending your child(ren) to Brambleton middle school, I’d think twice. My biggest concern about the school is bullying, I for one, have been a victim. And it’s not fun to have been harmed, and yet you’re the one being in trouble for not “telling a teacher.”Other Review11mo ago - Madison's Trust Elementary

"Walking paths everywhere with dog pickup stations. Most houses have fenced yards as well. People are respectful and keep dogs on leash and pick up after them."

"Nothing really it’s just like every other townhouse/condo neighborhood honestly their is not really anything that is great about it just normal. The HOA dues are insane so that might be a major downturn if you want to move here. Also the HOA doesn’t fix anything on the exterior of the homes in a timely fashion and or respond to items on the portal so their is that too! "
