8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLakeview has been a great experience for both my kids. My son hasn't loved school until he got to Lakeview. He loves his teachers and is much more engaged. Yes there's issues and challenges like every school everywhere, but I believe that every educator truly cares about the kids and they are all doing their best to create a supportive environment that challenges kids to be at their best.Parent Review2y ago - Pickerington High School North

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe students at this school are crazy. No one is keen to learn, which is normal to expect, but it's a relatively big problem in this school. On the other hand, I feel bad for the teachers-- I'd quit if I had to teach these students, but they do their best. The social/emotional support at this school is good, or not good. . I've never had a specific opinion on it. The special education aspect is good, too (very supportive, great teachers). On the subject of "violence", I figure fights in any American high school is normal, so I don't really care because it doesn't usually affect me. Although, fights are DEFINITELY normal in this school-- much better than Pickerington Central, though. As for family engagement, the school does try to involve the parents, but the parents, IN MY OBSERVATIONS, do not care. This doesn't speak for everyone. . . All the praise goes to the staff, teachers, administrators, they have the hardest job (especially after COVID-19).Student Review1y ago - Toll Gate Middle School

"I have lived in my neighborhood since 2007. I know most of my immediate neighbors by name. Most of the people on my street are friendly, but some do keep to themselves. I have met many people while out walking and just stopping to introduce myself and talking to folks. I believe a good neighborhood has people who not only take pride in their families, but also take care of their homes and yards. Bottom line our neighborhood is only as good as we make it! Why pay several hundred thousand dollars for a home if you are not going to take care of it. "
