"Born and raised in Rehoboth beach Delaware! Things have changed a lot but the locals are always so friendly and we understand "
  • Blackbug329
"Great access and parking opportunities. I love it here. Hood police presence. I have said all I have to say. "
  • Bigcheese907
"They would love it , most of our neighbors have dogs. There are pick up stations all over the neighborhood."
  • Eziotorres
"Lots of places to walk dogs including the beach in the off season. There are other dogs to play with your dog."
  • Trulia User
"Near the beach. Easy parking. Good public transportation. Well maintained homes. Nice restaurants nearby"
  • Bill W.
"Close to bay quiet peaceful nice neighbors. Good walking. Close to family. Has pool dock park boat slips"
  • Cate
"Not a lot of kids and unclear how good the schools are although great for vacations and fun! Worth a visit but worth checking on the amenities for kids. "
  • TB
"Almost everybody is within biking distance to a beach. Fantastic restaurants. Town is very walkable. "
  • Barbara H.
"Beautiful vacation town without all the loud inappropriate music. Great for families. Well taken care of town"
  • Heather K.
"I have lived in this neighborhood almost my whole life. It's homey and resort friendly. Lots of stores and the beach."
  • SPECIAL-ME1
    "Quite...Friendly...Peaceful...Economical.............................................................. "
  • Nazarethmedeliza
"Very dog friendly area, almost everyone says hi to the dogs. They pet shops almost everywhere and mobile groomers are an option too. we just don’t have a dog park that’s a little cheaper than the one in Lewes. NY has dog parks that are free which is really great. "
  • 2zemps
"dogs are everywhere! its a great dog friendly town. lots of dog water bowls at stores as well. Town is very clean, everyone cleans up after their dogs"
  • Cindy G.
"I am retired and live less than 5 miles to beach, downtown, and shopping. I am fortunate that I no longer have a commute to work. The gym, doctors, hospital, grocery stores, restaurants, and community events are close by."
  • Themaxstanley
"I think rehoboth May have started out as, or had recently been kind of a popular retirement area, so the population seems to to be very geriatric. There are some younger couples around town and I do see children, but not as many I am used to seeing in Berlin, MD where I lived previously. The area does seem to be safe as far as crime rates and criminal activity goes, but the traffic here is almost absurd. Outlet markets are everywhere and people come to rehoboth in swarms to shop "
  • Reverendbb
" Silver View Farms is a supremely well kept mobile home Park with strict rules. No rentals are allowed which keeps it quiet."
  • Teri S.
"this is an amazing beach town. the schools are awesome. the people are nice and the community is quite supportive and hands on. "
  • Jordan B.
"not cheap, but a really nice neighborhood and shore town. i wish i could afford it. we shall see how life goes..."
  • Rmd12345
"Close to beach, town, shopping and transportation, yet still very quiet and beautiful. Properties are meticulously taken care of by owners."
  • Lth
"There aren’t a ton of kids in this neighborhood but it is a safe and friendly place to live with lots of amenities "
  • Hljones12
"the population is growing rapidly, and I'm not sure how the school systems will handle this. it's a very friend area "
  • Mel
"Moved here this year.... I love it! Neighbor are super friendly, and a very safe environment. We live 3 miles to the beach and boardwalk."
  • Richard C.
"This is a second home and so I have no idea what the commute is like! Honestly, the town itself is small and so I wouldn’t think commutes would be terribly bad."
  • Trishasantamaria
"I’m retired. No commuting any more, but the traffic is easy to manage most times, with the exception of July and August. "
