2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school is just a big mess. There are empty classrooms where a substitute was meant to be. There are teachers switching/quitting in the middle of the year. There are many many random bell schedule changes. Our consulers and nurses are underaquailfied and don't know how to do their jobs. Our school is over-crowded and just getting bigger. The school administration are so focused on getting thag next gear-up grant and good grades that they ignore the students concerns. I have had at least three friends leave because of the teachers, school admisseration, and the students. And if you have a disability this is not the place to go. If the teachers sees your accommodation as unnesscary they will refuse to help you. Even if you complain the school they won't help. As a student who doesn't get heavily discriminated against I still can see everything that's going on and sometimes it happens to me to. I would never recommend this school and I would advise you keep you or your child away from this school until they can probably handle all the issues the school has.Student Review1y ago - Miller Middle School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have had two children in the Pre-AP/AP/ gifted classes in this school. Like most large schools it is an institution designed to house children during the day. It lacks any form of progressive education health required for so many students addicted to their cell phones, video games, junk food etc. School fights at this school are uploaded onto apps by students. There is a new Principal on average every 2 years. It has a very good music department. Bullying and theft is common at this school. Basic dress code is not adhered too. Many teachers try very hard. It is a stressful and toxic environment for many students and staff. This school is well supported by the community and receives everything it wants from tax payers. I hope in time they will allocate more of their budget for students desperately struggling in reading/math.Parent Review11mo ago - Check out schools near 125 Heartleaf Rd #EIFV18.

"Dog owners often do not leash their dogs. Lots of college students have dogs run out of their house into the street. Too many dog owners do not pick up after their dog and will leave poop on your yard. Dog park is 5 minutes away: nighttime is the busiest time. "

"I have lived here for over a year and I truly believe it’s one of the best places I’ve ever lived. You can walk into a forest from your house. If I were buying a house here I would feel completely satisfied. The people are very respectful and yet friendly, but not too much. It’s very quiet yet there are plenty of children here. "

"This is a quiet and quaint little pocket with a great mix of city and country! I bought my first home here and my kids can walk to school since we are so close. Halloween is packed with all kinds of people and it’s so much fun. The park in the neighborhood is always clean and maintained. I love it here!"
