7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a lesbian student with adhd and anxiety this is a horrid school. I have been bullied, attacked, sexually assaulted, and put through stress. I ask for help and they pile more work on me. There have been Bomb threats, Shooting threats, and people threatening to hurt themselves or others. The dress code is UNFAIR 1st the dress code is made by a MAN which kinda creeps me out but no matter what i wear i will get bullied or have a boy say something sexual to me. Everyone time i come home i cry my mental health is the worst then its ever been DONT PUT UR KIDS THROUGH THISStudent Review4mo ago - Hewitt-Trussville High School

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school has some good and bad qualities. The school does have good learning and is great at sports. The bad things about it is that the school worries too much about academics and sports to an extent that they don’t worry about students. For example, some faculties mainly go after students of color which has been said by many. To my experience there has been students doing bad things such as drugs in the school with no teacher even knowing. A friend of mine got assaulted and we took them to the counselor and nothing has been done. The student that assaulted my friend is still in sports and is freely in classes with my friend. Some teachers tend to pick on students and embarrass them in class about their grades. The learning is great I just hope they pay more attention to their students.Student Review1y ago - Magnolia Elementary School

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son’s started Magnolia in the fall of 2020 as a 2nd grader. From day one he has enjoyed every moment of his learning experience. The teachers send out weekly updates about class work, homework, projects. This helps the working parent help our child stay on task. Because this is a smaller school, all of the staff are always helping one another out and by default have interaction with most of the children. This helps, especially if you have a child who needs a little more nurturing attention. My youngest is entering Kindergarten in the fall of 2022. He loved meeting all of the teachers and getting to tour the school a few months ago. He was proud to tell everyone of who his big brother was. To which, every teacher, including the Kindergarten teachers who never taught my oldest, even knew who he was. My oldest is starting 4th grade in ‘22. He currently reads on a 5th grade level and tested above average in math the previous spring. He is smart, but with the guidance from his teachers, he has pushed himself and excelled academically. He has also found love of new sports that he learned about in PE. I just can’t say enough wonderful things about our Elementary School.Parent Review1y ago - Check out schools near 36350HALCYO N Dr #HNKMS3.

"There are decent sized yards for dogs. The homes are also large enough for a dog. If you're not very fit - there are LOTS OF STEEP HILLS that would make it difficult to walk your dog."

"This is a safe area to live in. The schools are modern and highly rated! There are many subdivisions and diverse areas to live and choose from. The lack of apartment living is a plus to keep this city a home owner low transit community. "
