*Due to the volatility and availability of commodities, published prices are subject to change at any time. This is one of our two-level plans in the Park Collection. Get a sense of what this plan feels like as it's a slight twist on the Roosevelt. Rather than the rear wing being a master suite, it's a functional 4th bedroom with an adjacent full bath. Ideal for a guest room for visiting parents, an office, or a play room, this plan offers great flexibility for any family.A circular main floor plan gives definition of space to the kitchen, dining, and living without sacrificing connection. Light shines through the main floor from 3 sides of this home making it ideal for winter sun chasers. Two walk-ins can be used for a pantry and storage just off the kitchen. A smart niche tucked between the kitchen and living can house built-in cabinets for a wine or coffee bar or add your own desk or hutch. One preferred bonus option is a screened porch off the kitchen for enjoying the summer breeze without those pesky bugs. Attach the garage if you wish or detach it to maximize yard space.Upstairs, owners relax in their master suite with attached bath (add a soaker tub if you'd like) and walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms flank the Jack and Jill bathroom. Laundry is easily accessible in the hallway near every bedroom. For those who want a little more space, add the family room off the back of the second floor.

"The Central-Terry neighborhood does not meld with the Clark neighborhood where you will find historical homes and the community gathering for notable trick or treating during Halloween. The reviews you show for the Central-Terry neighborhoods are misleading. However, this area does provide solid value and consistent marketability. "

"I’ve lived here for about 3 years. It’s not the type of neighborhood where kids are playing in the front yard (decent amount of thru traffic), but it’s still very family friendly. Neighbors are neighborly but not overbearing. Location is unbeatable. Central to everything, Amazing park a block away, downtown restaurants and breweries are walkable if you like walking :). I like that the homes and people aren’t cookie cutter- a fair amount of diversity (relative to Montana) and very safe feeling. Grateful to live here. "

"It’s a great neighborhood, lots of families and tons to do nearby. That said, it’s a back yard kind of neighborhood: you don’t see a whole lot of hound children free ranging out front... a little bit too much through traffic. Love living here though."
