"New complex of houses. Lots of young families and some retired people. Safe, sidewalks, mountain views (sunrise), proximity to James Madison University, Eastern Mennonite University, Bridgewater College Blue Ridge CC. Lots of shopping and restaurants (small and chain restaurants). 10 minutes from Massanutten Resort (ski area) and indoor Water Park. Lots to do in the area."
