5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageNot a very good school. The student experience is overwhelmingly boring, and many teachers are awful. There are a few great, caring teachers, but they are entirely overshadowed by the bad ones. The school has almost no electives that aren't art classes, and they are taught by teachers who don't care.Student Review5y ago5 Reviews - Bayshore Elementary School

The teachers are innovative in keeping the students engaged and excited to learn and families show up and support ALL of the schools events! 4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI’m a former student here that left in march of 2019. and I was constantly getting bullied and the teachers didn’t do anything about it. And one of the teachers would give me a 0 on my assignments even after I turned my assignments in on time and she said it was because I had “bad handwriting” and she claimed she couldn’t read it at all I’m not gonna call out names but I’m sure if you’ve had her you know who I’m talking about and she wouldn’t regrade assignments after you turned them in again either and I have autism and ADHD and I would occasionally zone out in her class and she would yell at me to get my attention which really put me in fight or flight mode. Also if there was an ability to I would give this school a 0 star rating that’s how bad it was in my opinion! The only teacher who actually cared about what I was going through was my 7th grade civics teacherOther Review3mo ago15 Reviews - Ida S. Baker High School

"The best way to describe the neighborhood i live in is that it feels like being in the 1970’s. People walking their dogs, neighbors chatting, kids playing in the yards. Of course the houses are from the same decade (century)."
