  • Trista Crumley
"Halloween here is amazing! Think 90’s movie style with trailers of kids, kids everywhere and the best decorations!"
  • Staceylsingh54
"It has such a home town feel. I find it very hard to see myself living anywhere else. I live and work in Cumming so I do not have a commute."
  • Tnossett
"Lots of people walk their dogs on a leash. There are some sidewalks to walk in & the Greenway is within walking distance."
  • NDK
"Tennis and swimming at the pool. It is a summer treat at the pool. There are three full size and well lit tennis court which are accessible to residents at any time. Players from the neighborhood at all levels come to play."
  • Melindatoney5
"Great place to raise a family. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years. They have events for all ages. "
  • Jneubs
"Beautiful lakefront community. Neighbors check on each other and we feel safe to walk around any time of day."
  • Melindatoney5
"We have we have a lot of events for the children and the families. Beginning and End of school pool parties. Easter egg hunts. "
  • Moidansari
"Walkablity to grocery stores and restaurants. Great side walks. Parks are close by. It’s quiet and a world class mall in just minutes away. Best schools and safety makes it the best place to live in the US. "
  • Stephanie
"Neighbors are friendly, subdivision is quiet and most homeowners keep their homes in good condition "
  • Philip Y.
"Winter, spring, and fall are great! As mentioned, summers are miserable but I believe a person adapts to it over a period of years. By summer, I mean the period of June-August. By September it begins to cool down and your life is adjusted to a hot climate anyway. If you have a pool you will use it! Moved here from California so traffic is never a problem relative to that mess. And cost of living is much much cheaper. Overall, Georgia, especially Forsyth County, is a great place to live."
  • Andy
"Great place to live, good schools and great restaurants. Have everything you need in a 5 mile radius. "
  • Active1
"Long distance from neighborhood to interstate. Even further to get to attractions/event. And traffic on the highway in the evening has become extremely heavy and going south in the am on the Main Street to the highway is heavily traveled."
  • Faith Koebert
"It’s expensive bc of the county name. Anything in Forsyth county is priced higher bc of the amazing school systems "
  • Erny Liauw
"I drive and most of the time I commute less than 15 miles from where I live. I took highway 400 most of the time. "
  • Dennis_loomis2000
"My commute has heavy traffic, as I have to drive to downtown Atlanta, and all over the metro area, traffic is heavy"
  • Dennis_loomis2000
"Friendly and quiet, well established nice property well kept lawns, small, great location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
  • Stephanie
"Great schools, shopping and family friendly environments. The roads need restructured but lots of grocery stores and public libraries. Garage sales are common all around. Neighbors are generally Fri fly and the county continues to grow. Taxes are relatively in middle class "
  • Susanjasko1
"The neighborhood events are Easter Egg hunt, Cookies with Santa, pool parties, garage sales, tennis teams, swim team. "
  • Allan R.
"I lived in the Polo Fields for 14 years, leaving GA six years after retiring. I found that neighbors here were snobs, too busy to become friendly with neighbors. Being from WI, I found this disturbing. The climate is great for winter and fall, but horridly humid during summers. This part of GA is victim to rainfall in the small watershed of the Chattahoochie River so that water availability for maintaining landscapes is fickle. Taxes in Forsyth County are low, especially for real estate. The Forsyth County School system is pretty good. I left to return to WI, finding a great neighborhood and very friendly people and cold winter weather---so be it. GA and Forsyth County were a great experience if you can live with the awful commutes in North Georgia and humid summers."
  • Andre W.
"Great schools, I believe it’s in the top 3 in Georgia school system. nice safe, quiet area. Working class families. "
  • Jennifer P.
"Very walkable sidewalks and dog friendly areas. Lots of dog walkers out every day in the neighborhood. "
  • Bangarrajuv
