7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThey let kids run the street for “ICE protests” instead of making safety and education a priority. This school and staff left a disabled child on the side of the road, a busy road at that, and didn’t even notice he was gone. If you can’t keep kids safe, don’t take them out of school. Stay in your lane and educate these kids instead of putting them in harms way. Shame on all of you.Other Review4mo ago5 Reviews - Harry D Jacobs High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOver the last 4 years (kindergarten-3rd grade) the school has been great. Located in a small, quiet, peaceful community…it’s been nothing but a wonderful experience as a parent but great for my daughter also. Phenomenal and great memorable experienced teachers leading the way. Very personable. I know a lot of the staff and get to know the parents/kids very well. Multiple school sponsored events. Safe.Safe.Safe. Police/Fire dept. half a block away. Overall the young Dr. Reincke, the school Principal, has done an unbelievable job running the school. Extremely involved. Cannot say how happy we are to be part of the (SHES) Sleepy Hollow Elementary School.Parent Review2y ago9 Reviews - Check out schools near Route 72 & Randall Rd #B7LPLV.

"The commute is fine early in the morning on 72, around 6:30-7, if you’re heading east. It also gets a little busy/congested after 7:30am. The commute to Elgin isn’t too bad at around 5-ish on 31. The drivers here are very respectful and follows the speed limit on 72. There’s always cops on that road btw. "

"I love my tiny neighborhood, the biggest issue I have it the village raising the water bill by 33%...you’d be fine being a solo person. But if you’re in a house with five people and having to do laundry and showers your 2month bill could be $220"

"There isn’t a clear space for dog walkers. Many of the dog walkers walk I. The middle of the street which is pretty rude, especially after it becomes dark. Otherwise there’s a tennis court where you can close it off and have your dog run around when no one is using it."

"I would not like to own in this neighborhood because I can't afford it and don't know when I will be able to and also it's too expensive and this neighborhood I would like to rent and move to Elgin. Do not know when I have a family players and I'm single but I would not want to live in fear too many bills and to larger properties too expensive"
