Ziggy Marley Lists His Beverly Hills Home For $25,000 Per Month

Here's your chance to rent a home with plenty of good vibes to spare.

Music isn’t Ziggy Marley’s only area of expertise. The reggae heir and seasoned musician knows a thing or two about real estate too. Marley just listed his Beverly Hills home for a whopping $25,000 per month, and the five-bed, six-bath estate is a Mediterranean stunner.

Located in the highly coveted Hidden Valley Road gated community, then 4200-square-foot home is a Mediterranean-style beauty. Tucked away for extra privacy behind lush landscaping and a large gate of its own, the property feels like your own private getaway right in the middle of LA. Soaring glass and iron doors lead guests into the living space, which embraces an open floor plan. Vaulted wood beam ceilings cascade overhead while a stone fireplace creates a strong focal point in the living room. There are gleaming wide plant oak floors throughout the home, as well as a top-of-the-line eat-in kitchen with a spacious center island and stainless steel appliances. A sprawling family room has high ceilings, another fireplace, and French doors that open out to the bucolic front yard and circular driveway. A massive master suite has its own fireplace, as well as a spectacular view overlooking the yard and sparkling swimming pool and spa. The master bath feels like a spa in its own right, thanks to huge his/hers vanities and spacious his/hers walk-in closets. A detached guest house with its own bath is ideal for guests who want to sample the Beverly Hills lifestyle for themselves. We certainly wouldn’t blame them!

Marley is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur, with several properties in his portfolio. He purchased the Beverly Hills property back in 2004 for $3.1 million. Last year, he dropped $5.55 million on a Spanish-style home in Toluca Lake, and he also owns a condo in West Hollywood that he’s had since 2001.
