After a second stint in rehab this summer, grown up teen hearthrob Zac Efron is seeking more Zen in his life, and he’s starting at home.
Efron is currently under contract on a ‘majestic Zen Contemporary property’ in the Los Feliz area of LA. According to TMZ, the actor has found a place where he can get away from it all, and it will only cost him $3.995 million.
Perfectly private, Efron’s new estate is set behind gates and situated down a long, private driveway. With spectacular city and ocean views from every room, the property has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in the main residence and a 1 bedroom, 1 bath separate guesthouse. Wood detailing and wide expanses of glass create a seamless blend of tranquility and peace…just what a post-rehab Efron needs right about now.
