We’d “smize” if we had her bank account too! America’s Next Top Model host and famed supermodel Tyra Banks just listed her two-bed, three-bath townhouse in the luxurious Pacific Palisades neighborhood for $1.499 million. It’s clear this was a classic house flip for Tyra, seeing as she just bought the home back in April of 2017 for $1.355 million. If it sells at its asking price, that’s a pretty nice way to make over $100,000 quickly!
Built in 1977, the contemporary Mediterranean-style townhouse has an extremely private location overlooking the majestic mountains. Fully remodeled to feature open rooms and soaring ceilings, the 1852-square-foot space is bright and sunny and has the vibe of a New York loft, with the sunshine and beauty of Los Angeles. The living room is the perfect spot for lounging with friends or watching TV, while the kitchen features high-end appliances and counter seating of its own. There’s also a more formal dining area, perfect for hosting a dinner party. Don’t miss the patio space, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while overlooking the mountains.
The master bedroom features a spacious walk-in closet, while the master bath has his/her vanities and a jacuzzi tub with a large window overlooking the beauty of the Palisades. There’s also a beautiful balcony, where you can experience the lush, tropical environment every morning. The property also has a community pool, spa, and gym.
Tyra is no stranger to flipping properties. Back in February, she snagged a five-bed, six-bath estate, also in the Pacific Palisades, for $6.996 million. But those certainly aren’t her only ones in the area; she owns two additional property in the Palisades, including a $3.295 million home she bought back in 2014. Then there’s another home in the Ladera Heights area of Los Angeles, and another luxe property in Manhattan, which she attempted to sell for a whopping $17.5 million last year. She previously owned a 6000-square-foot home in Beverly Hills, CA, before listing it for $7.75 million back in 2015. That’s certainly a lot to “smize” about!
