Tom Brady And Gisele Bündchen Reportedly Drop $20 Million On A New Tribeca Apartment

When you’re the world’s highest-paid supermodel and one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time, you can’t live just anywhere.

Whether he’s on or off the football field, New England Patriots star quarterback Tom Brady knows how to win. And yet again, Brady and his Brazilian supermodel wife, Gisele Bündchen, have scored big in the real estate game: They just dropped $20 million on a deluxe apartment in New York, NY, that hasn’t even been built yet.

Their new digs are in a Tribeca luxury building called 70 Vestry, Page Six and Refinery 29 report. Designed by renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern, the building is still under construction, so it won’t be until 2018 that Tom and Gigi can strut their stuff in their palatial pad. But when it’s complete, the 5,000-square-foot home will have luxurious amenities like a cafe, a children’s playroom, exercise studios, a sauna, and a steam room. The apartment has a stunning terrace overlooking the Hudson River, as well as limestone and marble throughout. There’s even a special entrance for A-list residents only. Obviously, Tom and Gi qualify.

Tom and Gisele  already spend the majority of their time in their expansive suburban estate just outside Boston, MA, where the family lives during the football season. However, they’ve always maintained properties in New York, where Tom’s oldest son, Jack, lives with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan. Back in October of 2013, Tom and Gisele bought a $14 million full-floor condo in New York City. And of course, there was their legendary Los Angeles, CA, custom-designed estate, which they never even lived in before listing it at $50 million.
