Property records we peeped show that the Colombian-born hottie and new mommy paid $3,380,000 for a 3 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, 6,672 square foot home just minutes from the glitz of South Beach.
Now, the home is on the market with a big time price tag – $14,950,000. In the 12 years Shakira has owned the sleek pad, she added 3 additional bedrooms, 4 more bathrooms and almost 1,700 more square feet to the already large and luxe estate.
With a new baby and a life that keeps her away from Florida, it’s no longer “Whenever, Wherever” for the settled-down Shakira, who is now ready to part with the waterfront Zen sanctuary.
