Seth Meyers Lists His Manhattan Home For $4.5M

He may be one of the funniest faces on late night, but Meyers's New York home is no joke.

Only in New York City would a two-bed, two-bath home have an asking price of $4.5 million. But that’s exactly what you’ll find in the former home of late night wunderkind Seth Meyers, who just listed the beautiful former condo. Located in New York’s uber-chic West Village neighborhood, Meyers bought the home back in 2013 for $3.2 million.

Built in 1931 by the legendary developers Bing & Bing, the 17-floor, pre-war building is composed of 128 apartments with beautiful views of the Village and the Hudson River. Step inside the spacious entry foyer, which leads to a large sunken living room with a cozy wood burning fireplace. Hardwood floors run throughout the fully-renovated, 994-square-foot apartment, while high ceilings tower overhead. A separate dining area is great for reading the paper over a quiet breakfast, while each of the two bedrooms have their own bathroom, as well as excellent closet space. Located right across from Abingdon Square Park, the building also has all the luxe amenities you could dream of: a full-time doorman, sprawling roof deck, extra storage with room for a bike, and a pet-friendly atmosphere.

As for Seth and wife Alexi, they won’t be going all that far. The duo, who now have a son named Ashe, snagged a much larger $7.519 million home (which previously belonged to actress Mary Louise Parker) in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of New York, NY last year.
