Touchdown! San Diego Charger Quentin Jammer Sells Home in Less Than 30 Days

Real estate touchdown! Chargers cornerback Quentin Jammer has scored a buyer for his East San Diego home, according to The San Diego Union-Tribune.

Jammer, who has played in San Diego since 2002, has just sold a home just east of the pricey community of Rancho Santa Fe for $1.2 million. The 4,300-square-foot home was on the market for less than 30 days before escrow closed on April 9, 2012, according to public records.

Jammer and his wife split in 2011, prompting the sale of the family home. They currently have a second home and a plot of land on the San Diego market as well.

The Jammers’ recently-sold home is a highly-upgraded model with 5-bedrooms and 4.5-bathrooms on a very large lot with no neighbors to the side or back. The home features custom cabinetry, faux paint, a state-of-the-art AV system and his-and-hers closets outfitted by California Closets. Perfect for the San Diego heat or someone without a green thumb, the yard is low maintenance and outfitted with artificial Easy Turf.

The home sits on a coveted corner lot and cul-de-sac and has enough room for a pool.
