Rob Dyrdek Skates Into A New Hollywood Hills Estate

Professional skateboarder and hilarious TV personality, Rob Dyrdek, is skating into a brand new Hollywood Hills estate. According to public records, Drydek purchased a stunning Hollywood Hills contemporary mansion on June 8, 2012 for $2.5M. He’s still awaiting a buyer for his former home at 2431 Apollo Drive, which is located just down the road from his new pad in the Hollywood Hills. That home has an asking price of $2.49M.

Out with the old, and in with the new! Dyrdek’s new home is an exquisite 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, fully-remodeled contemporary, with stunning valley, city and mountain views and a grassy yard and striking pool.

The estate has a spacious great room with high-pitched ceiling, a stacked stone fireplace and clerestory windows. Finishes include Brazilian walnut and limestone floors, Pella windows and doors, and Ann Sachs and Walker Zanger tiles. Quite the chic finishes for a guy who wears jerseys and sneakers round-the-clock. The chef’s kitchen has Viking stainless steel appliances, walnut cabinets and marble counters. Rob’s new master bedroom has a walk-in closet and views, and master bath has dual tubs and a steam shower. The house is over 3,700 square feet, and also features a 3-car garage – perfect for a car nut like Dyrdek.

While he awaits a buyer for the Apollo Drive home, Dyrdek is the proud owner of 3 Los Angeles-area homes. In addition to the new home he just closed on, he also owns a home on North Knoll Drive in Los Angeles. He purchased that 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2,792 square foot home in 2005 for $1.4M.
