Ramona Singer Lists Her Manhattan Home For $4.995M

Did we hear a bottle of Pinot Grigio uncork in the distance?

It looks like it’s Turtle Time on the Upper East Side! Real Housewives of New York City star/OG Ramona Singer just listed her five-bed, three-and-a-half bath home in the ritzy Manhattan neighborhood for $4.995 million. And seeing as Singer has owned the property for over 20 years (she bought it back in 1997 for $1.42 million) it’s pretty safe to say she’ll make a killing on this deal. There’s that “Singer Stinger” for ya!

Built in 1937, the sophisticated corner residence in The Richmond has been fully renovated. Step inside the entry gallery into a spacious living and dining room, with beamed ceilings cascading overhead. Sunlight streams in through the floor-to-ceiling windows, highlighting the dramatic, panoramic views of the city to the south and west. In the open chef’s kitchen, there’s white marble countertops and top-of-the-line appliances. (Maybe Luann will come over and whip up some eggs a la Française?) A grand master bedroom suite features outstanding views to the west, as well as a walk-in closet and five-fixture marble bathroom, complete with a soaking tub, glass enclosed shower, and double vanity. We’re guess Ramona and Sonja Morgan (otherwise known as Ramonja, of course) have glammed themselves up for a night out here! In addition to a highly-coveted address on the Upper East Side, the building comes with a 24-hour doorman and concierge, live-in resident manager, and a beautifully landscaped roof deck, where we’re guessing Ramona has sipped a glass of Pinot Grigio or two while fanning herself over the years.

If you’re a regular Bravo fan, then you’re well aware this isn’t Singer’s sole property. She also owns a lovely estate in the beachside town of Southampton, which is currently on the market as a rental. Of course, you’ll have to be willing to drop $165,000 to stay in the 7000-square-foot home for the whole summer. Singer’s owned that property for decades, too: She bought in back in 1995 for just $875,000.

Naturally, Ramona isn’t the only Bravo-lebrity with a serious knack for the real estate market. Her co-star Luann de Lesseps just listed her longtime home in the picturesque enclave of Sag Harbor for $6.25 million. But the Bravo star with a serious jones for buying and selling is Skinnygirl tycoon Bethenny Frankel. Just last month, Frankel listed her Hamptons investment property on Montauk Highway in Bridgehampton for $2.995 million. You may remember the property caused quite a stir between Bethenny and Ramona, since Singer declared “being on the highway is not south of the highway. It’s just not.” Savage burn, Ramona!
