Pharrell Williams Buys Tyler Perry’s Beverly Hills Home For $15.6M

It's no wonder Pharrell is so 'Happy.'

Looks like you did “Get Lucky,” Pharrell Williams. The acclaimed singer/rapper/former coach on NBC’s The Voice just dropped $15.6 million on Tyler Perry‘s expansive Beverly Hills home. Perry, who just listed the ten-bed, 11-bath home in February for $16.995 million,  bought the property in late 2017 for $14.5 million. Madea’s a house flipper, y’all!

Located on one of the most highly-coveted residential streets in Beverly Hills, the 17,475-square-foot home is a sprawling modern masterpiece.  Built in 1992, the home is located on a hilltop amidst four acres of secluded beauty overlooking the canyons and city lights. Guests reach the property via a long driveway that leads into a motor court which fits over 30 cars. Floor-to-ceiling glass-lined walls are complemented by steel beams, while high-sloping angular ceilings and pyramid shaped skylights are perfectly placed. Overlapping stone marble stairs lead up to the second floor, while connecting balconies and plenty of open spaces embrace the indoor/outdoor California vibe. The home has unique features like a koi pond and stream, as well as stunning outdoor areas like the resort-style swimming pool with a rock sculpture, slide, and grotto, and professional-quality tennis courts and an outdoor dining terrace.

Pharrell, who previously owned a $10 million penthouse in Miami, also owns a luxe $7.14 million home in the Hollywood Hills.
