The hipster music-man-turned-restaurateur has expanded his real estate portfolio.

Celebs just love to buy in bulk. Cars, fancy clothes, and for Moby, homes for sale in Los Angeles, CA! Case in point: The nerdy but lovable musician just dropped $3.495 million on a home in the hipster enclave of Los Feliz … right next door to his current home.

Built in 1926, the traditional-style home features grand public rooms, towering ceilings, hardwood floors, and beautiful craftsmanship. With five beds and eight baths, the 4,464-square-foot property can hold quite the dance party for the “Bodyrock” star, whose memoir, Porcelain, comes out in May.

Upon entrance, guests are welcomed into a large foyer that flows into a dramatic living room. High ceilings tower over a stone fireplace. The family/media room features a vaulted ceiling, while the adjoining 1,500-square-foot deck overlooks a sparkling pool and spa.

An open kitchen with a large breakfast area and patio access is the perfect spot for Moby to cook up some of his famous vegan cuisine. That is, when he’s not chowing down in his new, 100% organic restaurant in Silver Lake, Little Pine.

The master suite, complete with a beautiful fireplace and two baths, offers a luxe escape from everyday life. A two-story children’s suite includes a loft, and there’s also a sunny guest room with vaulted, bleached wood ceilings, a large guest room/nursery with built-ins, and maid’s quarters. Tucked behind gates with lush grounds, this luxurious, comfortable property is ideal for a homebody.
