Miley Cyrus Picks Up A $2.5 Million Estate In Malibu

She’s just being Miley! And by that we mean buying multimillion-dollar real estate at the drop of a hat.

Miley Cyrus may be a country girl from Tennessee, but the singer sure has some big-city taste. She just spent $2.525 million on a four-bed, three-and-a-half-bath piece of Malibu, CA, real estate: The architectural beauty is in the oceanside enclave of Ramirez Canyon. The 1,384-square-foot home, which was built in 1958, has been renovated (ideally with a “Wrecking Ball,” naturally) and is a two-story house on 2.06 acres and a “seasonal stream” bridged driveway. We guess now that she’s a big-time “key adviser” on The Voice, Miley needed a new playpen at the beach!

Inside, a sun-filled great room/dining room combination with heated stone floors and custom accordion glass doors connects to a large patio. A cook’s kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar is a cozy spot to relax after an early morning jam sesh with Miley’s dad, Billy Ray.

In the master suite, a private balcony overlooks the estate’s parklike grounds. Sounds like the ideal boudoir for Miley and her former-and-current fiance Liam Hemsworth, who has owned a house right down the street since July 2014. After all, the pair recently reconnected and decided to get hitched. Maybe they’re hoping to add a little (Spider-Man–loving) Hemsworth to their family soon?

Outside, there’s a gazebo and Jacuzzi, the perfect spot to host a “Party in the USA.” Oh, and the two-car garage includes a special electric-car charging unit. (This is Malibu, after all!)

Miley’s a budding real estate mogul. Last year, she dropped $4 million on a horse ranch in the ritzy Hidden Hills, CA, community. And then there’s the Studio City, CA, home she bought back in 2011 for $3.9 million. She also previously owned a home in Toluca Lake, CA, which she bought back in May of 2007 for $5.83 million. But, hey, when Miley says, “We Can’t Stop,” you’ve got to believe her!
