New York’s Tribeca neighborhood is already a magnet for celebrities, due to it’s under-the-radar charm, but Meg’s new building takes it to the next level when it comes to celebrity sightings. On any given day, she could be riding the elevator with Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, Harry Styles, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds or Jennifer Lawrence, all of whom own in the building.
Meg is swapping NYC neighborhoods and is under contract to sell her stunning Soho loft, which she opened up for Architectural Digest last year. She told AD, “I know it sounds crazy to most people, the idea of renovating that many houses…but I love renovating. I think it’s tied to living the actor’s life. As an actor, you are so rarely in control. You’re always saying words that someone else has given you, standing in a room that someone else has designed, to create a reality that someone else wants to see. But with decorating I am in control; it’s a chance for me to bring my vision into the world.”
