Mandy Moore And Ryan Adams Are Selling Their Mediterranean-Style Home

The couple, who split back in 2015, are saying goodbye to their former love nest.

Teen queen turned actress Mandy Moore and rocker Ryan Adams split up last year, and you know what that means: They have listed their Mediterranean-style home for sale in Los Angeles, CA. The five-bed, five-bath home is currently listed for $3.199 million, a solid increase from the $1.725 million Mandy paid for it back in 2002. That’ll buy a lot of “Candy.”

The 4,747-square-foot spread, which is located in the coveted Oaks area of Los Feliz, sits on a private street on a 12,642-square-foot lot. Built in 1927, the house features original magnesite stairs, wrought-iron railings, and stunning wood floors, making it the perfect blend of period details and luxe modern amenities. On the main floor, the reading/sitting room has intricate “wedding cake” beading on the ceiling, while a larger living room has a cozy fireplace and direct access to the outdoor patio. A formal dining room, spacious chef’s kitchen, and walk-in pantry are just a few of the additional amenities. Upstairs, a master suite has a private balcony, and there are three bedrooms and two full baths. The terraced backyard offers multiple sitting areas and gardens dotted with mature citrus trees and rosebushes.

The duo’s divorce seems to have gotten slightly contentious: Back in December, the split still hadn’t been finalized because the pair couldn’t reach an agreement on money or what to do with their eight pets, according to People. Despite that drama, Mandy looked cheerful recently like her old normal self at NBC/Universal Upfronts for her new show, This Is Us, in which she co-stars with Gilmore Girls alum Milo Ventimiglia.
