Lonzo Ball Scores California Mansion For $5.2 Million

Ball will be ballin' in his sprawling Chino Hills estate.

Not bad for just 20 years old! While you were shacking up in a tiny dorm room at his age, Los Angeles Lakers star Lonzo Ball is living large. Barely out of his teens, Ball just dropped $5.2 million on a stunning eight-bed, seven-bath estate in Chino Hills, CA. And judging from the looks of it, the sprawling pad could fit several basketball courts inside in case Lonzo feels like shooting hoops with the rest of the Ball family.

Built in 2005, the Mediterranean-style home measures a whopping 15,000 square feet, split between the 13,800-square-foot main home and a 1200-square-foot guest property.  Located on more than three beautiful acres overlooking the bucolic natural setting of canyons and forestry, Ball’s new pad is in need of a little repair before it’s restored to its original European villa majesty. Ideal for entertaining, the home features a sparkling swimming pool and spa in the backyard, surrounded by plenty of space for lying out and catching some rays. There’s also several patio areas perfect for dining al fresco, as well as a covered bar/dining area that’s welcoming rain or shine.

In typical baller fashion, Lonzo isn’t the only Lakers star to have high quality taste in real estate. Legendary Lakers like Kobe Bryant and Elgin Baylor are known for their expansive estates in SoCal. Meanwhile, former Lakers player Nick Young and his ex-fiancee Iggy Azalea famously purchased a Tarzana home from Selena Gomez, only to sell it (and break up) a short time later.
