Logic Snags Hidden Hills Mansion For $3.56M

It's only logical the rap star buys another mansion!

If you want to be a internationally recognized rap star, you need a few mansions in your real estate portfolio. And that’s just what Logic (real name: Sir Robert Bryson Hall II) is up to. The “Young Sinatra” rapper just dropped $3.567 million on a sprawling six-bed, six-bath estate in the luxe Los Angeles neighborhood of Hidden Hills, where stars like Jennifer Lopez, Kris Jenner and The Weeknd have owned homes. The property was originally listed at $3.779 million, meaning Logic was able to finagle a nice price drop for the estate.

Tucked next to Calabasas in the ritzy Hidden Hills, Logic’s new bachelor pad is inside the gated Mureau Estates community. Measuring 7700 square feet, the expansive home is spread on over an acre of rolling land that includes the main house and a separate guest suite. Built in 2004, the home features beautifully renovated living spaces in an open floor plan, including a gourmet kitchen with a spacious island, an oversized family room, and formal living and dining rooms. The six en-suite bedrooms include the stunning master suite, complete with a cozy fireplace, massive walk-in closet, and beautiful spa-like master bath. Ideal for entertaining, the outdoor area features a dual BBQ, pizza oven, sparkling salt-water pool and spa with waterfalls, and a beautiful courtyard with a fireplace.

It looks like Logic’s new purchase comes on the heels of a split from his wife. The duo previously lived in a seven-bed, eight-bath home in the suburb of Tarzana, which Logic bought back in 2016. (images courtesy of Trulia)
