Lisa Vanderpump Buys A Beverly Hills Home For Her Daughter

The “Real Housewives” star has given her daughter a Beverly Hills chateau of her very own.

It’s good to be the daughter of a reality show celebrity! Lisa Vanderpump, the British queen bee with a football field–sized closet and razor-sharp wit, has dropped $1.85 million on a Beverly Hills, CA, home for sale. And word on the street (that street being Rodeo Drive, of course) is that she bought the home as a gift for daughter Pandora’s 30th birthday.

According to the Daily Mail, Pandora and husband Jason Sabo thought they were going to a dinner party at the home. But when they arrived, it was decorated to Pandora’s taste, and Lisa let the secret out: It was actually a birthday gift!

Built in 1966, the four-bed, four-bath contemporary home measures 2,676 square feet. The home is in the same swanky 90210 ZIP code as Villa Rosa, the $10.2 million mansion where Lisa and hubby Ken Todd have lived since 2011. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac, Pandora’s new home has been fully redesigned to highlight a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and a center island. It also features a family room, a spacious living room with high ceilings and lots of windows, and a master suite with a wood-burning fireplace, sitting area, and walk-in closet. The newly redesigned master bath includes porcelain heated floors and a custom tub and shower.

There’s plenty of space for entertaining at Pandora’s new pad, thanks to a generous, gated grassy courtyard with mature fruit trees, as well as a professionally designed swimming pool and spa with outdoor lighting. We can imagine Giggy the Dog lounging on a chaise when Lisa pops by! And with Pandora and Lisa teaming up on a line of sangria (yes, really), they’ve got a lot of entertaining to do.

Vanderpump isn’t the only Real Housewives star making big real estate deals lately. Back in January, Lisa’s co-star/Master Cleanse enthusiast Yolanda Foster dropped $4.59 million on a condo in the Westwood section of Los Angeles, CA, right after splitting from her husband, David Foster. (Yolanda’s daughter, supermodel-in-training Gigi Hadid, also had a big sale — in Manhattan.) As always, there’s lots of movin’ and shakin’ in Beverly Hills.
