Talk show host Leeza Gibbons has just put a “sold” sign outside her stunning Beverly Hills home. Built in 2007 and purchased by Gibbons for $6.6 million in 2010, property records show that Leeza has just netted herself $300k on the sale when the deal closed. The home was first listed in 2011, just a mere year after it was originally purchased by Gibbons. She and her soon-to-be-fourth-husband intended to flip the home for a minor profit, but the home never sold.
Fast forward to the booming housing market of Summer 2013 and Gibbons finally found her buyer.
Located just around the corner from David and Victoria Beckham, the two-story gated Beverly Hills estate is located north of Sunset and features 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a screening room and two first floor bonus rooms.
