Just another day in the life of a teen! Kylie Jenner, the youngest member of the Kardashian dynasty, has added another luxurious spread to her real estate collection. Kylie just dropped $6 million on a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom spread in ritzy Hidden Hills, CA, only a year after she snagged her first palatial pad in Calabasas, CA. Because when you’re a Kardashian, you’ve gotta go all out!
Measuring 7,414 square feet, Kylie’s new home features formal living and dining rooms and a ground-floor master suite with a cozy fireplace, stone bath, steam shower, dual closets, and a covered patio. Built in 2014, the traditional-style home also features hardwood floors, coffered ceilings, a bonus theater room, and a four-car garage with epoxy floors, which is perfect for all those fancy cars Kylie’s boyfriend, Tyga, buys her every year.
In the kitchen, a large center island, stone counters, and stainless steel appliances are any aspiring chef’s dream. Outside, rolling grounds are outfitted with a sparkling, solar-heated pool and spa, a covered patio with a barbecue center and outside pool bath, fountains, and a concrete space ideal for a basketball court. It’s pretty safe to say Kylie is living better than most 18-year-olds.
Kylie’s new Hidden Hills purchase isn’t her first real estate venture: In March 2016, she dropped $2.7 million on a 4,851-square-foot Calabasas home in the ritzy Oaks development, where her sisters Kourtney and Khloe have also owned homes. (Khloe bought that home from Justin Bieber, whom her sister Kourtney was rumored to be dating in the beginning of 2016.) Now that’s a family affair!
