Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn, your favorite free-spirited movie stars, have listed their longtime home in Pacific Palisades, CA, for $7.25 million. The dynamic duo have owned the property since 2004, which is an eternity in Hollywood years! They bought the five-bed, five-bath property for $4.12 million, meaning they’ll make a pretty penny on the sale if they get a full-price offer. That’ll buy a lot of healing crystals and wind chimes for Goldie, the spiritual gangster!
Tucked away on a super-private 17,862-square-foot lot, the traditional-style home was built in 1951 in the exclusive Palisades Riviera. Remodeled in 1999 and 2006, the home measures 6,389 square feet and offers plenty of living spaces for the whole family, with light streaming throughout. A warm and inviting kitchen and breakfast area flows outside to the lush yard, where a pool and spa are surrounded by gorgeous landscaping and a separate meditation room. (Goldie needs a place to get her Zen on!)
The first-floor master suite is one of the most attractive features of this home, with a fireplace, spa tub, dry sauna, and dual closets — we imagine Goldie hanging all her long, flowy dresses in there. The first-floor guest suite has vaulted ceilings and a spacious loft. Upstairs, one bedroom is currently used as a gym/Pilates space, with French doors that open to the yard below. There’s also a media room, because this is a home of movie stars, after all.
Goldie and Kurt don’t seem to be totally done with this Palisades Riviera neighborhood: Back in 2014, they purchased a property here for $6.5 million. The couple also spend significant time at the beach, though they listed their Buddhist beach estate in Malibu, CA, a few years back. The couple have also owned a property outside Toronto, Canada, which may be related to son Wyatt Russell’s stretch playing semiprofessional hockey, as well as a vacation home in Colorado and a penthouse in Midtown Manhattan.
