After a year of turmoil and scandal, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are reportedly selling their sprawling Tarzana home.
According to TMZ, the home has secretly been listed for sale for $3,995,000. Interested? Well, the home isn’t open to just anyone – it’s only being shown to qualified buyers who can show that they can actually afford to pay the asking price.
Khloe and Lamar moved into the home shortly after marrying in a quickie wedding ceremony in 2009. They’ve filmed “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” and their spin-off “Khloe & Lamar” in the home. In light of recent news reports that Lamar has been battling drug addiction and that Khloe intends to eventually divorce him, it makes sense that the home is up for sale. With less combined assets, the easier it will be for the duo to split. While we’re rooting for Lamar to turn his life around and for the seemingly in-love duo to make it work, selling the family home is usually a strong indicator that things are trending towards divorce.
