Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom Officially List Their Tarzana Home For $5.499 Million

After a year of turmoil and scandal that resulted in divorce, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are officially selling their sprawling Tarzana home.

According to the Los Angeles Times and  The Real Estalker, the home is now officially listed for sale for $5,499,000.

In the months before the home went up for sale, news reports revealed that Lamar has been battling drug addiction and Khloe was trying to save him – and their four-year marriage. When all their efforts to rectify their marriage failed, Khloe filed for divorce in December, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

Now, it’s time to split the marital assets – including this incredible mansion, which was purchased in both of their names before being transferred into a shared trust. Khloe and Lamar paid $3,950,000 for the spread in December 2009 –  shortly after they married in a quickie wedding ceremony after just a month of dating.

If you have the cash money to buy the house where Khloe and Lamar spent happier days, you’ll be buying a guard-gated Mulholland Park custom-built home located at the end of a private enclave cul-de-sac. Huge grassy lawns and a dramatic entry courtyard make a great first impression as you pull up to the home. Inside, a dramatic entryway leads to luxe living spaces that include 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, stone floors, a theater.

Outside, Khloe and Lamar’s Tarzana home has an outdoor kitchen with 2 refrigerators, a bbq bit, covered cabanas and a pool and spa.

If the home looks familiar, it’s because they’ve filmed “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” and their spin-off “Khloe & Lamar” all over the property.

Tomer and Isadora Fridman of Ewing Sotheby’s International Realty hold the listing.
