Following family tradition, the supermodel/reality TV heiress has bought her first mansion.
It’s practically a rite of passage for each of the Kardashian children to buy their first palatial pad, and supermodel sis Kendall Jenner is no different. She just dropped $6.5 million on John Krasinski and Emily Blunt’s West Hollywood, CA, home for sale, which was originally listed in January for $8 million. It looks like Kendall snagged a little bit of mom Kris Jenner’s business acumen (Kris is a real estate tycoon in her own right) and negotiated an even lower sales price. But seeing as John and Emily bought the house in 2009 for $1.587 million, it may be the Bluntzinskis who made out like bandits in this deal.
Tucked at the end of a private gated driveway in one of the fanciest neighborhoods of the Hollywood Hills, this architectural beauty, located on a 15,699-square-foot lot, is a fusion of exquisite design, quality, style, and craftsmanship. Measuring about 4,800 square feet, the six-bed, five-bath spread has stunning views overlooking Los Angeles, CA. With soaring ceilings, towering walls ideal for hanging art, and a combination of indoor and outdoor living, Kendall will have no trouble throwing a few parties for her traveling pack of starlets (which includes New York high-rise resident and model BFF Gigi Hadid). Inside, the home’s living room and gourmet kitchen open out to the great room, and there are also a bar, media room, and gym. And we can imagine the home’s swimming pool, outdoor fireplace, and rooftop deck will be a hit among the rest of the Kardashians this summer, but Kendall has thought that through too — the home features stunning guest rooms for the clan.
With li’l sis Kylie Jenner buying and selling mansions at the drop of a hat, and big sisters Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe collecting property like Pez dispensers, maybe Kendall felt she had to “keep up” with the rest of the Kardashians.
