Kendall Jenner and Ben Simmons Rent West Hollywood Home For $25,000 Per Month

The supermodel and her baller boyfriend have a sweet new pad for the summer.

Forget the classic summer cottage. For reality TV star/supermodel Kendall Jenner and her Australian NBA player boyfriend Ben Simmons, a luxurious five-bed, six-bath estate in West Hollywood is the perfect summer rental. But here’s the kicker: it costs a whopping $25,000 a month!

Measuring 4052 square feet, the modern two-story home was just built in 2013 and is located in one of the most coveted neighborhoods in West Hollywood. Step inside to an open floor plan that flows from the living room to the kitchen, where Caesarstone countertops and high-end appliances are ideal for any aspiring chef, while a large center island provides plenty of stool seating for when Kendall’s sisters come over to chat. In the master suite, a spa-like bathroom features Italian tiles, an expansive shower, and a deep soaking bathtub, while a spacious balcony offers outstanding views of the city. There’s also custom made closets which are perfect for Jenner, whose fashion collection rivals most people’s homes. The house has sliding doors that open out to a completely enclosed private entertainer’s backyard, seamlessly fusing indoor and outdoor living together. There’s plenty of patio space with a fire pit, as well as a sparkling swimming pool and spa with plenty of room to catch some rays.

In typical Kardashian form, this isn’t Kendall’s only home. Just last year she dropped $8.55 million on a luxurious Beverly Hills home in the Mulholland Estates, the exclusive neighborhood where everyone from DJ Khaled to Christina Aguilera have lived. That property, which is currently undergoing renovations, has quite the celebrity-filled history, too: It’s actually the home that Charlie Sheen purchased for his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, in 2012. Charlie had been trying to sell the house since 2013, but had no luck until 2016 when it sold for $5.415 million. In classic Hollywood style, Charlie purchased the home from another famous name too: billionaire Tom Gores, one of the owners of the Detroit Pistons.

Jenner previously owned a $1.6 million “starter home” in Westwood, before dropping a whopping $6.5 million on John Krasinski and Emily Blunt‘s architectural beauty of a home in West Hollywood. Naturally, she went on to sell that for $6.85 million.
