Kelly Rowland Buys Sherman Oaks Home For $3.45M

The singer's new digs are sure to be a hit.

It looks like this perfect home is Kelly Rowland’s destiny. The singer and host of The Voice: Australia just dropped $3.45 million on a five-bed, seven-bath home Sherman Oaks, a popular Los Angeles suburb in the San Fernando Valley. That’s quite a few “Bills, Bills, Bills”  from the former the member of Destiny’s Child and close, personal friend of Beyonce.

Rowland’s new 4825-square-foot home is a Cape Cod farmhouse-style estate just built last year. Tucked behind regal gates for the ultimate privacy, the property features a set back front yard with a stunning blue needle pine tree. Guests enter through a large covered porch, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. A grand entrance flows effortlessly into the elegant dining room, while the living room’s custom concrete fireplace anchors the room and shows off the vaulted beam ceilings. A brand new kitchen has professional, top-of-the-line appliances, an oversized quartz stone island, custom tile, and a breakfast nook that’s ideal for a busy lady like Rowland. The master suite also features beamed ceilings, as well as a large master bath with a deep soaking tub, large shower, and his/her sinks. On the back porch, a stone patio offers a perfect spot to entertain guests and look out onto the grassy backyard, where a sparkling swimming pool and spa sit nearby. Maybe Rowland will be inspired to ask her former Destiny’s Child bandmates to stop by…
