The “Rock Your Body” songwriter and his wife, actress Jessica Biel, finally inked a deal to purchase a Tribeca penthouse where other celebrities, including Harry Styles, Jennifer Lawrence, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, are also owners.
One of eight penthouses in the building, the couple purchased at a four-bedroom, six-bathroom unit totaling 5,375 square feet to the tune of $20M. He and is adorable family will have access to an amazing portfolio of amenities, including a 71-foot indoor swimming pool, a children’s playroom, a 5,000 square foot landscaped roof terrace, fitness center and an adjacent Turkish Bath.
The penthouse was originally listed for $27.5M, so we’d definitely call this a mic drop on JT’s part. His bestie and real estate maven, Ellen DeGeneres, will be very proud.
