Justin Long Selling Hollywood Craftsmen Home For $2.1 Million

Actor Justin Long has put his Hollywood Hills house at 5682 Holly Oak Drive on the market for $2.1 million. The actor purchased the home for $1,999,000 on May 30, 2008 and has tried unsuccessfully to sell the home a handful of times since then.

The Los Angeles Times first reported the news, and said that Long is selling because “he has work lined up on both coasts and no longer needs the house.” He’s also busy with his reported new romance with red-hot actress Amanda Seyfried.

Built in 1990, the entrance to the Craftsmen-style home is an ornate tiled portal with rustic hand hewn wooden doors that lead into a large private enclosed front courtyard. Additional features include 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms spread out over 3,388 square feet, a loft area, balconies, a bar and two fireplaces. The fenced and terraced outdoor areas feature fruit trees and lawn.

The home was once owned by actor Blair Underwood, who sold it in 2003.
